WHO WE ARE
Two Banks Social is operated by Dominic Clayton and Oliver Stott. We are jointly responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
Website: https://twobankssocial.com
Privacy contact: enquiries@twobankssocial.com
This policy covers visitors to our website and people who contact us about possible brand or creator partnerships. If you become a client or creator partner, we will provide any additional privacy information relevant to that relationship.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you submit an enquiry or contact us, we collect the information you provide. This may include:
• Your name.
• Your email or work email address.
• Your telephone number, if provided.
• Your TikTok username or brand name.
• What you would like to achieve.
• Other information in your message and our subsequent correspondence.
Our website providers may also process technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, and access or error logs. Our Cookie Policy explains the use of cookies and similar technologies.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, identity documents or sensitive personal information in your enquiry.
Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without sufficient details and a working contact method.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
• Understand and respond to your enquiry.
• Contact you about your goals and possible services or partnerships.
• Keep a proportionate record of our discussions.
• Operate and protect our website.
• Meet applicable legal obligations.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or unrelated marketing messages.
OUR LAWFUL BASES
We normally process enquiry information on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to people who approach our business and managing those discussions. We consider your rights and reasonable expectations when doing so.
Where you personally ask us to take necessary steps towards entering into a contract with you, we may rely on taking steps at your request before entering into that contract. This does not automatically apply when you represent a separate company.
We process necessary technical information for our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website. Where processing is required by law, we rely on the relevant legal obligation.
WHO WE SHARE INFORMATION WITH
Your information is accessible to the people at Two Banks Social who need it to handle your enquiry.
We use:
• Squarespace to host our website and provide enquiry forms.
• Google Workspace to receive and manage business emails and associated information.
These providers process information under the applicable service and data-processing arrangements.
We may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to obtain professional advice or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not pass your enquiry details to brands or creators as part of responding to your initial enquiry. If a proposed introduction requires further sharing, we will explain this beforehand and establish an appropriate lawful basis.
INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
Our service providers may process information outside the UK, including in the United States.
Where a restricted international transfer takes place, we use applicable UK adequacy arrangements or appropriate contractual safeguards, such as the UK Addendum to approved standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider and transfer.
You can contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your information and how to obtain a copy, subject to necessary redactions.
HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
For enquiries that do not lead to an ongoing relationship, we keep enquiry information for up to 12 months after our last meaningful contact, then delete it from active records.
If an enquiry becomes a client or creator relationship, we will explain the retention arrangements applicable to that relationship.
We may retain relevant information longer where necessary to meet a legal obligation or address a complaint or legal claim. Retention will be limited to what is necessary for that purpose.
Technical records are retained for the periods needed for their operational and security purposes, subject to our providers’ applicable retention arrangements. Cookie durations are explained in our Cookie Policy.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:
• Access your personal information.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion.
• Restrict how information is used.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Receive certain information in a portable format.
Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Not every right applies in every situation. We do not use enquiry information to make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
To exercise your rights, email enquiries@twobankssocial.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. Requests are normally free, and we will respond within the applicable legal time limits.
QUESTIONS AND COMPLAINTS
If you have a question or complaint about how we handle your information, contact enquiries@twobankssocial.com. We will investigate and respond.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office without contacting us first:

We may update this policy when our activities or legal obligations change. The date above shows when it was last updated. Where required, we will bring significant changes to your attention.
